Spatium Pinot Blanc

Eppan on the Wine Route will put Pinot Blanc in the spotlight on 18 and 19 May 2023 with the Spatium Pinot Blanc event and offer it an international platform. The event is a highlight for the professional audience and wine enthusiasts.

The varied programme delights with gourmet food and fine wines as well as exciting lectures and stimulating discussions. Participants in the event can meet quality producers from Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg and taste their Pinot Blanc wines. Registration with the Eppan Tourist Office is required for the wine-culinary evening, the expert conference and the masterclass tasting, but not for the table tasting.

Thursday, 18 May 2023:

• Schreckbichl Winery
  From 18.00: Pinot Blanc in symbiosis with asparagus
  (wine-culinary evening with 7-course menu incl. wine accompaniment)

Friday, 19 May 2023:

• St. Michael Eppan Cultural Hall
  From 8.30 a.m. to approx. 12.30 p.m.: Symposium with presentations and panel discussion
  Host: Michael Oberhuber (Director of the Experimental Centre Laimburg)
• Winery St. Michael-Eppan
  1.00 pm: Lunch
  3.00 pm and 5.00 pm: Masterclass tasting
  3.00-8.00 pm: Table tasting
