Op slechts een paar minuten lopen van de oude stad brengt de kabelbaan vakantiegangers snel en comfortabel naar de panoramische berg Monte Cavallo. In de winter biedt de Monte Cavallo sneeuwzekere skipistes, een 10 km lange rodelbaan, die meerdere avonden per week verlicht is, en een schilderachtige winterwandelroute. In de zomer wordt het skigebied omgetoverd tot een wandelgebied voor het hele gezin.
