The hotel is in a wonderful location; the rooms are welcoming and the staff is always helpful. I stayed with my family and really appreciated the attention paid to our little ones. The cuisine is refined and excellent. The rooms are meticulously clean.

I've been coming to this area for 30 years and I'd say it's undoubtedly the best value for money if you want to be pampered with an all-inclusive package.

When I chose this hotel for our vacation, I was a bit skeptical after reading some negative comments about the quality/quantity of the food and the less-than-friendly nature of the owners. Our vacation ended today, and I'm very satisfied. The owner and staff were kind and helpful, the dinner portions were generous (after the first round, they ask if you want a supplement), and the breakfast was very varied. My compliments especially go to the chef, who served not only traditional dishes but also more sophisticated and vegetarian options. The rooms were clean and spacious, with views of the beautiful valley. I highly recommend it and hope to return!

Great hotel, great location, great food. Unfortunately, the bathroom was so small that you couldn't sit on the toilet or change clothes there.

We've been coming to you for a long time and are very satisfied. Friendly staff, good food, nice rooms. I don't understand what some people have to complain about. Either it's too expensive, or the rooms aren't what they expect. They should go to a campsite, that might meet their needs, or stay at home. Best wishes from Germany, until next time.
