Salina Apartments

The holiday concept of Apartments Salina is something special: As a so-called "widespread hotel", the structures that are rented out to guests are already existing flats that are modernized and furnished with care, in our case using old, handcrafted furniture giving them new value. The aim is to reuse and enhance the old building fabric to avoid the phenomenon of second homes, which are empty for most of the year. Our relationship with the public started with gastronomy, with our Café Bar Bistro Salina, a cultural café under the arcades of Glurns, a lively meeting place and event venue.

With our "widespread hotel" in Glurns, we have entered the accommodation sector after gastronomy. Two cosy holiday flats are part of our "New Living" project. The flat "Gerbergasse EG" is located in the courtyard of the old tannery in Glurns, a quiet and elegant accommodation for 2 persons, with kitchen and bedroom, Wi-Fi, private loggia. The "Gerbergasse OG" flat, on the other hand, is larger and can accommodate up to 4 people. Furnished with care and equipped with every comfort, the flat also has a balcony. The flats have free Wi-Fi, and it is possible to park in the public car parks in the municipality of Glurns at a discounted price. Linen is provided.

Glurns is the smallest town in South Tyrol and is a gem for those who love late medieval architecture. Glurns was once a trade route to Switzerland. It is surrounded by walls, some of which can still be traversed, and has three town doors and a further set of defensive towers. The centre is characterized by picturesque alleys and corners and arcades, under which our bar is also located. Lovers of the active life will find plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling tours and outdoor activities around Glurns.
