Very nice hotel in a quiet location. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very nice indoor pool.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend, Friday and Saturday nights, with half board. For the agreed-upon price, the inclusion of dinner and the wellness area with pool seemed ideal (just under €90 per person per day), but there were a few details that didn't satisfy us. The room was renovated (there were some old switches, some new ones...), while the bathroom was old (generally clean, but I noticed some mold between the shower tiles and some dirt around the drain...). Everything else was clean, except for a cobweb in one corner of the room and a slightly dirty and torn curtain at the bottom. The wellness area (open from 10:00 to 19:00) was clean and welcoming, with a swimming pool, a hydromassage pool, a small children's pool, three saunas, and a relaxation area (unfortunately, the pool water wasn't as warm as we expected, but it was still heated enough). Also in the basement, before the wellness area, there's a games room with table football and a pool table (€1 per game), as well as board games (if you can find all the pieces and cards!). Let's move on to breakfast and dinner (at 7:00 PM!). The first evening, we ate dinner at a small table with breakfast placemats. It was a typical Tyrolean buffet dinner: initially, a mix of appetizers (they had been fried and cooked beforehand and then reheated, so they were soggy, not crispy, and some cutlets were quite tough); for the main course, there was goulash, polenta, and mushrooms. Unfortunately, after waiting in line for a while, the goulash was already sold out! And they didn't have any left (and there were others besides us who hadn't had any yet). The mushrooms had a strange taste. On the second evening, the vegetable buffet had some leftovers from the night before. For the first course, my husband had risotto with chanterelles (we thought they were leftovers from the day before, especially since they weren't chanterelles, but honey mushrooms, and they tasted just like the ones from the night before!), and I had onion soup (they were barely soft). For the second course, beef (good) and polenta (lumpy!) were served, which was supposed to be accompanied by vegetables (two pieces of cauliflower). Furthermore, starting the second evening, we were moved to another table that had a double tablecloth, and the plastic one on top was dirty (but not from our things!), and we noticed that the others' tablecloths on the sides weren't spotless either. Both evenings, we had 1 liter of water (€4.50) and half a liter of house red wine (€8.80, and, in our opinion, a bit watered down). Breakfast was plentiful but not over-stuffed; the homemade desserts and jams were good. The coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine didn't make the best drinks, a bit watered down, as did the juices... In short, we had a good time, but the food wasn't a strong point, and the cleanliness wasn't meticulous... Otherwise, the room and spa weren't bad!

The staff is always kind and helpful, nothing is missing...we always have a great time

The rooms are nice and comfortable and sufficient for a holiday. The food is good and there is always enough to fill you up. The service at the food is very good, but the cleaning lady does not work, which is why she lost 1 star for the service.

Excellent 3-star hotel, clean and with a wonderful relaxation room with two saunas, a large pool, a whirlpool, a slide for children in the pool, a solarium, and a games room. The restaurant is good quality and offers a generous breakfast, both savory and sweet. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a winter vacation. Aside from the Germans, some of whom wander around naked in the relaxation area in front of their children. This is already our third time back, and there will definitely be a fourth. I've heard from other people at the hotel, and they're all returning for their third or fourth time, which shows that it's a great place to stay. It's a shame those who didn't have a good experience—they're probably people with expectations of a 4-star hotel.

Was a great holiday with very good food and nice staff

A good hotel convenient to the bus stop for Predoi and Casere. Spacious and beautiful, but not crowded. Lovely pool. Good dinner and a varied breakfast. However, the room needs updating, as does the bathroom (no bidet). Quiet location. Ample parking.
