Topwijnen uit Zuid-Tirol
"Vini d'Italia is de belangrijkste wijngids van Italië, waarin elk jaar de beste wijnen van het laarsland worden opgenomen. Ook de wijnen uit Zuid-Tirol zijn elk jaar vertegenwoordigd en krijgen talrijke topnoteringen.
De felbegeerde "Drie Glazen" van de wijngids "Vini d'Italia" van Gambero Rosso werden in de editie van 2025 toegekend aan in totaal 24 wijnen uit de regio, waaronder weer veel van de Zuid-Tiroolse wijnroute.
Enkele typische Zuid-Tiroler wijnen worden uitgelicht, zoals Lagrein, Vernatsch (Kalterersee en St. Magdalener) en Gewürztraminer, maar ook Pinot Blanc (Pinot Blanc, Pinot Bianco) en Pinot Noir (Pinot Noir, Pinot Nero) behoren tot de bekroonde wijnen. Zuid-Tirol presenteert zich opnieuw als een wijngebied dat, in vergelijking met de rest van Italië, indruk maakt met een grote verscheidenheid aan topwijnen uit een relatief klein areaal.
