Our Apartments Hubertus*** in St. Leonhard in Passeier are located in the wonderful Passeiertal Valley, where an unspoilt natural landscape meets traditions. The modern apartments close to the village centre are the perfect place for active winter or summer holidays with the family or with friends.

Apartments with sunny south-facing balcony

For our guests, we offer two charming apartments (about 35 m²) for 2-4 persons. They are located on the ground floor, are free of barriers and have a sunny south facing balcony. The apartments offer a living room with sofa bed, smart TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette with water boiler, electric stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave, tableware and much more. A mini library with books about the surrounding area and about hikes in Passeiertal, a bedroom with bed and closet as well as a modern bathroom with shower, WC, washing basin, hairdryer, towels and shampoo are also available. In the apartments, there is free WLAN too. A storage for bikes or skis can be found in the lockable cellar compartment. A car parking is available and pets are allowed.

Sporty adventures & nature delights

St. Leonhard in Passeier is a good starting point for hikes and bike tours. In winter, the Passeiertal Valley is transformed into a paradise for skiers, snowshoe hikers, cross-country skiing fans and ski tourers. The attractive spa town of Meran is just 20 kilometres away. With the South Tyrol Guest Pass Passeiertal Premium, which you receive free of charge as a guest of Apartments Hubertus, a varied holiday is guaranteed all year round. We had some magical days at the Hubertus apartment. The accommodation was fully equipped, new, and also had a lovely terrace overlooking the greenery, a parking space, and a super kind owner, always available and unobtrusive, who made sure we left with exactly what I was looking for. The smell of hay. A beautiful, quiet, clean town with all the amenities you need. The food is excellent everywhere, and other equally important destinations are within easy reach. I will book for next year as soon as possible.

We, 28-year-olds (female) and 29-year-olds (male), really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week, and it could have easily been longer. St. Leonhardt is a good starting point for many hikes. The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom modern and sufficiently large. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and a small selection of spices is already provided. Coffee and tea are also provided for the first few days. But above all, the balcony is super nice. In the afternoon, you get plenty of sun and a great view. But it's also nice to sit outside for breakfast. The host was very friendly and helpful. We can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. Shopping: Bakery and café directly across the street, and two supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Excursions: Merano is recommended, as is Trautmannsdorf Castle there.

A super nice, clean, and modern apartment. We felt instantly at home as soon as we walked in. Despite its central location, it's quiet and idyllic. The landlord and the resident one floor above are very nice and friendly people. We highly recommend this vacation apartment.

We spent our vacation in the Hubertus 2 apartment, a lovingly furnished and well-equipped vacation apartment with many little touches for guests and a very friendly host! Arrive and feel at home is the motto here! The apartment is very centrally located, with shops, restaurants, and a bus stop within a few minutes' walk. Delicious gluten-free dining is available at many restaurants in St. Leonhard (Martls, Brückenwirt, Brühwirt, Sandwirt), which are well-versed in celiac disease. We highly recommend this vacation apartment!

We really enjoyed our vacation apartment and didn't lack anything. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom was spacious for two people, and the bed was comfortable. The landlord, Mr. Marth, was super nice and accommodating, and even organized two free tickets for the outdoor pool. We will definitely be back next year. Location: Right in the center, yet quiet at the back with a balcony. Prepared hiking maps of the region, books, postcards, etc., many little details that made our stay 99.99% perfect.

Very nice apartment, very clean and well-maintained. Everything you need is there. The landlord is very nice and even provides tickets for the local outdoor pool! An all-around wonderful vacation.
