Zoals de naam al doet vermoeden, is de 3.358 m hoge Schneebige Nock in het Tauferer Ahrntal een populaire, maar niet helemaal gemakkelijke top voor skitouristen.

- Ligging dal: Zand in Taufers (in het Pustertal afslaan richting Bruneck in de richting van het Ahrntal).
- Vertrekpunt: Riva di Tures, links afslaan naar de "Säge".
- Hoogteverschil: 1.800 m
- Stijgtijd: Rein - Kassler Hütte 2,5 uur, Kassler Hütte - Schneebiger Nock 3,5 uur, totaal 6 uur
- Richting van de helling: meestal noordoost/noord
- Lawinegevaar: in de winter vaak lawinegevoelig, in het late voorjaar tijdig vertrek belangrijk
- Beste tijd: maart tot mogelijk juni
